The Material

The cycling trousers combine 3 fabrics for ultimate functionality. The REFLECT360 retro-reflective material (CE EN 20471 certified) provides 360-degree reflectivity. The main fabric consists of a 2-layer, 4-way stretch construction with a waterproof rating of 8,000mm and breathability rating of 20,000g/m². Super-durable oxford polyester is used in the saddle area and inner calves

WATERPROOF

In addition to the waterproof fabric, we’ve added PFC-free durable water-resistant (DWR) finish to provide added protection against the elements.

SBS ZIPS

We use high-quality, durable zips from our trusted zip manufacturer, SBS. A water-resistant coating is added to keep any moisture out. Branded zip pulls are added for easy access.

TAPERED FIT

The ergonomic fit is specifically designed to taper in towards the calves, giving you confidence no material will get caught in the bike chain. Velcro hems allow you to have an extra secure fit. Zip openings at the hems make it easy to pull the trousers on and off over shoes.

POCKETS

Easy-access pockets on each thigh to securely store your essentials.

ADDED VENTILATION

Two size zips with an inner mesh give the trousers additional breathability in warmer weather.

WAISTBAND

Drawcords secure the trousers in place. The waistband is raised at the rear for added protection when in the prone cycling position.

Waterproof and comfortable (with a few caveats)

"I needed something to withstand winter showers on my commute. The reviews seemed solid, these are my thoughts: - echoing others, they're curiosly tight in the thighs given they're for cyclists, but the fabric is pretty stretchy so they have enough give to be comfortable - they're not padded in the seat, so I gave it a punt without anything underneath but would definitely recommend wearing bike shorts (you might want to go up a size on that basis) - waterproof= not super breathable, so you'll be dry, but if you're putting in the effort, you'll end up a bit sweatier than you might ordinarily expect in the legs (better than saturated however!) - reasonably windproof as well, so while you might get something of an evaporative effect once the rain eases, you'll still be pretty comfortable (a bike short layer will help as well I suspect) - very good reflective aspect - nice long ankle zippers to get on and off more easily when damp Overall, worth the investment, but consider sizing up for thigh comfort (they have a drawstring so you can adjust if slightly baggy in the waist)."

"More expensive than many other brands, but they are excellent quality and fit really well. They kept me completely dry while cycling in heavy winter rain, and being made of stretchy material and slim cut makes them comfortable to wear. Good long length too."

Waterproof and bright

"I'm really enjoying wearing them and they've kept me dry through at last 3 heavy rain showers plus they are so stretchy and easy to put on. However the fit at the front is a bit weird - the drawstring is only at the front and when you tighten it the plastic zips don't sit right. I did buy a size up to have room for thicker clothing underneath which I don't think I needed to but the zip issue would be the same."

"Unfortunately the pair I bought were faulty. The inside coating was wearing away after about 5 uses. But got in touch with Proviz & they very quickly sent me a replacement pair. They feel very comfy on. Good reflection in headlights. These were a little on the large size but have some bib tights that are abit snug so went for a size up so can be worn over the tights"
