Extended Christmas Returns

For any Christmas gifts purchased between 5th November 2024 and 20th December 2024, the final returns date will ne 17th January 2025 inclusive. 

 

We understand that you might not love everything you ordered - and that’s ok!

We’ve made returning items on your order super easy for you. If you change your mind, as long as you’ve not removed the tags and it's unworn you can send it back for a refund providing you start your return by clicking the below button within 14 days of receipt. You will then have a further 14 days to return the item(s) to us. Please note that we do not refund outbound postage costs as these are non recoverable costs.

If you can’t find your order number, you can get it by logging in to your account at the top of the page. If you're still having problems you can contact the support team

Please note that if you purchased your item from an independent / third party retailer (not directly via the Proviz website), you will need to liaise with them directly regarding any return/refund/warranty queries.

Once you’ve registered your return we will keep you informed all the way on its progress. Once its been delivered and checked in we will process your refund.

If you are returning multiple orders, each order must be registered as an individual return. You cannot combine multiple orders into one return, as our returns process is fully automated.

 

Final Sale items

Product Condition

Final sale items may be discounted due to various reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Clearance stock
  • Discontinued items
  • End-of-season inventory

Please review product descriptions and images carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions regarding a final sale item, please contact our customer service team at customersupport@provizsports.com before making a purchase.

Pricing

Final sale items are offered at significantly reduced prices. These prices are final and cannot be further negotiated or adjusted. Discounts, promotional codes, or other offers cannot be applied to final sale items unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Exchanges

We no longer provide direct exchanges for online orders. To get a different size, please place a new order and return the unwanted item(s) for a refund according to our Returns Policy. This process ensures that you receive your new item(s) more quickly.

  • You’ll need your order number and email address so that we can find your order and process your return. You can get this from the order confirmation email we sent to you when you placed your order. If you cant find your order confirmation email, please login to your account (top of the page on our website).
  • Unfortunately we are not able to provide free returns. We charge a subsidised return fee to cover shipping and handling costs.
