SHIPPING INFORMATION

We do our best to dispatch all orders from our UK Warehouse within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). 

For international orders, we use globally renowned carriers (DPD, DHL, Fedex and UPS). which differ depending on the destination, to ensure a fast, reliable service.

The below transit times are estimates provided by the courier companies. We monitor the performance of the couriers closely and the vast majority of orders are delivered within the time-frames below.

UNITED KINGDOM

  • Orders must be placed placed before 4:00pm GMT for targeted next working day UK delivery. Please note that despatches only take place Monday to Friday and that deliveries are not guaranteed to take place on weekends.

Channel Islands, Northern Ireland & Isle of Man.

Standard Rate of £4.95 (Free Shipping on orders over £75)

  • DPD next day isn't available on orders from Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands and Isle of Man, there is an express courier option at checkout but it is a 2 day service.

 

EU Countries (including Ireland)

All international orders are sent from our UK warehouse via our global courier partners.(DPD, DHL, Fedex and UPS).

TRACKING

  • After your order has been shipped you will receive an email which contains the link to the online tracking of the chosen delivery service.
  • Please be aware that it might take up to 24 hours from the receipt of your shipping confirmation email before the online tracking is visible.
  • If you have chosen DHL for express courier in UK, you will get an email or text showing an hour delivery slot.
  • You can also see the shipping information in your account on our website, or in the Shop app on your phone.
  • Please note, you can not link an order retrospectively to an account to view tracking. To be able to view an order in your account you need to enter your email address and you will be sent an email with a code to login and view your order(s).

 

EASY RETURNS

LOST ITEMS

The delivery services will not deem a parcel to be lost until it has been in the postal system for a period of 14 days for UK orders and 20 working days for International orders. Although it is unlikely deliveries will take this amount of time we are unable to despatch a replacement or issue a refund until this period of time has elapsed. If you have ordered an item which may not fit in your post box please check that your local post office is not holding it for collection.
