Return & Refund Policy
We understand that you might not love everything you ordered - and that’s ok!
We’ve made returning items on your order super easy for you. If you change your mind, as long as you’ve not removed the tags and it's unworn you can send it back for a refund.
If you can’t find your order number, you can get it by logging in to your account at the top of the page. If you're still having problems you can contact the support team
Please note that if you purchased your item from an independent / third party retailer (not directly via the Proviz website), you will need to liaise with them directly regarding any return/refund/warranty queries.
Once you’ve registered your return we will keep you informed all the way on its progress. Once its been delivered and checked in we will process your refund.
If you are returning multiple orders, each order must be registered as an individual return. You cannot combine multiple orders into one return, as our returns process is fully automated.
All returns must be registered within 14 days of your order being delivered. Once registered, you have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.
Returns that are not registered within the initial 14-day period cannot be accepted, and we are unable to make exceptions to this timeframe.
Exchanges
We’re pleased to launch our new exchange platform for mainland UK orders.
At the moment, this service is available for mainland UK customers only, due to currency limitations. We are continuing to work with this platform and hope to expand exchanges to international orders in the future.

If you believe you have received a faulty or damaged item, or if you need help with your return please contact our friendly support team who will be able to put this right for you.
To make your return:
- Head on over to our Returns service
- You’ll need your order number and email address so that we can find your order and process your return. You can get this from the order confirmation email we sent to you when you placed your order. If you cant find your order confirmation email, please login to your account (top of the page on our website).
- Unfortunately we are not able to provide free returns. We charge a subsidised return fee to cover shipping and handling costs.
