Return & Refund Policy
We understand that you might not love everything you ordered - and that’s ok!
We’ve made returning items on your order super easy for you. If you change your mind, as long as you’ve not removed the tags and it's unworn you can send it back hassle-free for a refund within 30 days of receipt. Please note that we do not refund outbound postage costs as these are non recoverable costs.
Extended returns: We extended the return period for Christmas gifts until 21st January. The extended returns period has now closed.
To make your return:
If you’re in the UK:
- UK Customers can head on over to our UK Returns service by clicking here .
- You’ll need your order number and the postcode of the delivery address so that we can find your order and process your return.
- We charge a fee of £3.99 to cover shipping & handling costs.
If you're outside the UK:
- International Customers just need to head to our international returns service - just click here
- You’ll need your order number and email address so that we can find your order and process your return.
- We charge a return fee for shipping and handling. Please see the table below
If you can’t find your order number, you can get it by logging in to your account at the top of the page. If you're still having problems you can contact the support team
Please note that if you purchased your item from an independent / third party retailer (not directly via the Proviz website), you will need to liaise with them directly regarding any return/ refund/ warranty queries.
Once you’ve registered your return we will keep you informed all the way on its progress. Once its been delivered and checked in we will release your exchange or process your refund.

We do not offer exchanges. If you need to return your item, please return it for a refund, and place a new order online.

Final Sale Item Policy
All purchases marked as "Final Sale" are considered non-returnable and non-refundable. Once an item is designated as a final sale, it cannot be exchanged, refunded, or returned for any reason, including but not limited to size, fit, color, or change of mind. Final sale items are sold in their current condition and are not eligible for price adjustments or promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise. We encourage customers to review their selections carefully before completing their purchase.
