DO I NEED A RUNNING GILET?

Running gilets are great when you run during the day. They help protect your skin from the sun as they cover your whole torso. You can wear them all year round, but they're most useful in autumn and winter.

ARE GILETS GOOD FOR RUNNING?

A running gilet provides a great in-between layer that provides a bit more insulation for colder weather. Lightweight compared to a running jacket, but thicker than a running shirt, this is an easy layering piece for cooler days. Often they are very compact when packed do they are easy to carry.

WHAT TIME OF YEAR SHOULD I WEAR A RUNNING GILET?

Best for running in spring or autumn, or later summer evenings, when the sun has dipped. They can be worn over a t-shirt on warmer days then over a jacket on colder days so they are very versatile.
