Shipping policy


We do our best to dispatch all orders from our UK Warehouse within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). 

For international orders we have partnered with GlobalE so we can now ship globally with fast, reliable tracked deliveries to any destination.

The below transit times are estimates provided by the courier companies. We monitor the performance of the couriers closely and the vast majority of orders are delivered within the timeframes  below.

USA & Canada

All international orders are sent from our UK warehouse via our global shipping partner Global E to ensure that all duty and taxes are taken care of at the point of order.

  • After your order has been shipped you will receive an email which contains the link to the online tracking of the chosen delivery service.
  • Please be aware that it might take up to 24 hours from the receipt of your shipping confirmation email before the online tracking is visible.
  • If you are a registered customer you can also see the shipping information in your account.
  • Please note, you can not link an order retrospectively to an account to view tracking. To be able to view an order in your account you need to set up an account at the time of ordering (if it is your first order), or if you are a returning customer you need to be signed in to your account when placing your order.

The delivery services will not deem a parcel to be lost until it has been in the postal system for a period of 14 days for UK orders and 20 working days for International orders. Although it is unlikely deliveries will take this amount of time we are unable to despatch a replacement or issue a refund until this period of time has elapsed. If you have ordered an item which may not fit in your post box please check that your local post office is not holding it for collection.
